Sal was absolutely amazing! I went to him for an engagement ring, and he made the process so easy. He cares deeply about each ring, and educated me about every aspect behind the ring. He made sure I knew what I was looking at, and took the time to hand pick a variety of diamonds and personally taught me about each one. He listened to all my wants, and even asked me about aspects I didn’t even think about, pertaining to the ring.

I had to get my engagement ring modified so I looked at different options from buying a new band to modifying the one I had. When we went to other ring shops they all suggested I buy new setting. Rather then spending a lot of money on a new band, I went to Sal and he was able to flawlessly modify my ring and create a wedding band to match. He even created a wedding band for my husband. I showed him a picture of an antique ring that my fiancée wanted, and after we explored catalogues and were unable to find it, he simply had it made! As for the cost of the jewels, he is upfront about the cost of the stone and his markup. It is refreshing to walk away from a transaction like this, know that you have purchased something unique, and feel good about the price. I had a couple of wristwatches to clean and fix. They are a bit slow, don't call you back right away but the actual repair job was done well and the cost was reasonable.
